Buffet Indicator
The Buffett Indicator, suggested by Warren Buffett, measures market valuation as the ratio of a country’s total stock market cap to its GDP (×100).
Classification will follow the structure shown in the image.
Only G20 country exchanges are included, and data is updated every Monday (if there’s any change).
🌍 Big exchanges in major economies, like the U.S., see significant international trading, so getting a clean valuation is tricky.
Even in this form, the indicator remains highly valuable. In the coming period, we will account for all countries influencing a market to produce a clearer valuation.
